The amount of juice depends on the juicer and on how juicy the ingredients are. You can reduce the honey to taste.

How to make it
- Wash and peel the vegetables and fruit. Core the apples and peel the oranges.
- Run the beetroot, carrots, apples and oranges through a juicer.
- Mix the juice with the honey in batches until it dissolves. The amount of honey makes the mixture concentrated and sweet.
- Pour into a clean container, keep it in the fridge and drink it the same day. When serving, dilute with water to taste.
Thermomix adaptation TM6
The TM6 blends the fruit and vegetables. You separate the juice from the pulp by straining and mix it with the honey by hand.
Ingredients
- 1 kg beetroot, peeled
- 500 g carrots, peeled
- 3 apples (about 500 g, cored)
- 3 oranges (about 450 g flesh, peeled)
- 1 kg honey
How to make it
- Prepare the ingredients as in the classic method. The TM6 blends them, but it does not separate the juice from the pulp on its own.
- Work in four batches: for each one, put a quarter of the chopped vegetables and fruit into the mixing bowl and add 150 ml water. Blend 10 sec / speed 5, then 40 sec / speed 8, with the lid closed and the measuring cup inserted.
- Strain through a fine sieve or a straining bag and press the pulp. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix the juice with the honey in a large container. Keep it in the fridge and serve diluted to taste.
